OK, the real story...
My name is Christopher Hand and I live in eastern Pennsylvania, USA. I think the forests, lakes, rivers and mountains were created for us to explore. The creatures that inhabit this earth are amazing, from the smallest to the largest. I grew up in a family where we had a family vacation home in the Rideau Lakes area of Ontario. My sister owns the place now and I visit often. The above picture is real; sometimes bullfrogs will let you scoop them up from underneath. When I was a kid I was the youngest and wasn't allowed to go far out into the lake. I was allowed to go to the swamp, hence I spent a lot of time looking a frogs. Yes, I put hats on frogs and toads, but I try not to hassle them too much. I have my own small pond with frogs now, and I rarely try to put hats on them. My favorite activity is to wander in the wilderness off-trail, hiking, paddling, swimming across the terrain and seeing what's out there.
