35 days until the 2026 toad detour begins! From March to May, this screen will show weather forecasts and projected toad counts for the days when the weather is favorable.
Note: Last spring (2025) was a weird year - crossings were far fewer than expected. At the moment, we are blaming the colder temperatures for the smaller toad turnouts. We do not know if fewer crossed, or whether we just missed them - perhaps crossing later in the evening.
