McKaig Nature Center
The McKaig Nature Center is located in Upper Merion Township and is a private / public partnership between the Upper Merion Park and Historical Foundation and Upper Merion Township.
The park is open dawn to dusk for non-members and 24 hours a day for members. During the day I can usually find a toad or two hiding at the base of trees along the trail. On a warm, rainy night I can find 30+ during an hour walk.
